The Content Hub is built on Optimizely Content Cloud and serves as the central foundation of Nykredit’s digital strategy.

The core idea of a Content Hub is that content is created and maintained in one central platform and then distributed across multiple channels, including websites, newsletters, and social media—meeting customers where they are.

A new design framework and reusable templates ensure flexibility across websites and applications.

A key focus during implementation was ensuring usability, making the content creation and publishing process as efficient as possible for the hundreds of editors using the platform. The impact on agility and time-to-market has been significant.

The Content Hub is designed with high flexibility, allowing for the reuse of design elements, templates, taxonomies, and content across multiple channels.

Its user-friendly interface enables more editors to independently create and publish content, streamlining workflows and improving overall efficiency and satisfaction.

The solution has also strengthened SEO and Google visibility. Results show a significant increase in organic traffic to Nykredit’s platforms and a notable rise in newsletter sign-ups.

This indicates that Nykredit is now more effective at delivering relevant, high-converting messages. At the same time, they have successfully shifted from paid media to owned media by distributing targeted content marketing.
