After completing her master’s degree in computer science at the IT University in 2022, Sif started her career with us as a Consultant. Here, she shares insights into life as a consultant at Immeo.
It’s great to clearly see the impact of the work I do. I can see that our solutions make a real difference for the customer. As a Consultant at Immeo, I work closely with our customers, giving me a clear understanding of the results our solutions deliver.
I enjoy that no two days are the same. The variety of tasks keeps my job exciting, as I get to work on diverse challenges in close collaboration with customers and my team.
You are never alone with a problem. We are encouraged to reach out for help, and I always find that my colleagues are willing to take the time to support each other.
I have already learned so much in my role as a Consultant. Immeo has great initiatives to support learning and professional development—including relevant certifications and our internal career development program, School of Excellence.
I also feel that I learn a lot from my colleagues on a daily basis. It’s easy and natural to reach out when I need help. Immeo has a work culture where everyone supports each other, and hierarchies are not felt.

The best part is that our social activities include something for everyone—from sports to board games, Friday bars, and more. It truly strengthens the team spirit that so many people want to be part of these activities.
This also creates a great atmosphere at the office. There’s a unique bond that makes it enjoyable to be at work, and I always prefer coming to the office to spend time with my colleagues.
