Kristoffer started his career as a Developer at Immeo in 2017. When he completed his master’s degree in Data Science at the IT University of Copenhagen in 2021, he chose to continue at Immeo as a Consultant. Today, he holds the role of Senior Consultant.
One of the things I enjoy most about my job as a Senior Consultant at Immeo is the opportunity to work on a wide range of solutions in close collaboration with customers. I like being part of a team while still having ownership of specific areas of a solution.
I appreciate the freedom and responsibility I have, as well as the influence I get over which tasks I want to work on. Additionally, there is a great variety of tasks and projects, giving me the chance to work within different domains and with customers from diverse industries.
My professional growth is a key focus, and a lot of effort is put into helping me improve my skills.
Immeo offers relevant training and certifications through School of Excellence, ensuring that we continuously develop into even better consultants.
I have the opportunity to shape my career path, as Immeo provides a career model with four different tracks. Additionally, each of us is assigned a mentor, who follows us across projects and helps guide us in the right direction. I also have a say in choosing the type of projects and tasks I want to work on.
At Immeo, work-life balance is a priority. We receive support in structuring our time and tasks efficiently, ensuring that we also have time for family and friends.
One of Immeo’s greatest strengths is the ease of asking for help. The work environment is relaxed, with a flat hierarchy, where we enjoy working together and everyone is approachable for advice.
At Immeo, there is a strong social bond and a positive work culture.
I find it really valuable that we all meet at the office every Friday, starting the day with a shared breakfast and ending with a Friday bar.
Additionally, we have many social events, which I believe are important for strengthening our sense of community. There is something for everyone, ensuring that everyone can participate.
