I am also motivated by the opportunity, as a Senior Lead Software Engineer, to delve into complex challenges and design solutions that make sense for both IT and the business.
It is also important to me that there are always new challenges and that we work with the latest .NET and Azure technologies.
As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, I am involved in the entire process—from defining the solution to coding, design, and architecture involvement.
I develop and design Azure- and .NET-based solutions, working with standard e-commerce, CMS, and PIM platforms as well as custom solutions.
The combination of working at the customer's site from Monday to Thursday and then meeting at Immeo’s office on Fridays works really well.
It is highly valuable to be present with the customer, as it fosters strong relationships and communication. This is important both to understand how the code we write is used and to gain clear insights into their challenges, solving them directly on-site.
Our Friday office days strengthen our team spirit. We start the day with a shared breakfast and wrap up with a Friday bar, creating a unique work environment that blends both social and professional communities.
Additionally, we have many social events that bring us even closer together.
